Neglected Barming Garden Back in Shape

Overgrown grass and unruly hedgesThis Barming back garden had been neglected by the owner who was unable to keep it up.

The grass was more than a foot high, hedges had become unruly and weeds had spread.

Overgrown path and shrubsAccessible path and trimmed climberThe path was all but unaccessible with weeds, grass and climbers in need of a tame.

The honeysuckle and cotoneaster were about to flower.

So a careful prune of those to remove the dead and some of the overgrown bits made the path clearer but also will allow the climbers to flower properly.

Mown and strimmedWe used a lot of strimmer wire on this one! We also had to mow at all the levels to get the grass back in check.

Hedges were shaped and brought down to a uniform level to restore the garden to its former glory and a very happy customer.
